“Shocking” does not sound pleasant. I hope the shocks were not emotional or physical, and you’re referring to weather, a lightning storm perhaps? At any rate, your photo is glum. When I think of February, that’s how my soul feels. We’re lucky today to have sunshine, and I”m opening every shutter and curtain to let it in, storing it up for tomorrow, when we’re sure to have those grey skies of late winter. Thinking of you, cousin, and hoping warm and cozy feelings come your way soon.
